Open reports with the Infinity icon
- Open this page in a supported desktop version of Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.
- Choose Install Infinity Viewer, or use your browser menu’s Install app command.
- When the browser asks, allow Infinity Viewer to open .gnav files.
- On Windows, right-click a .gnav report and choose Open with → Choose another app → Infinity Viewer → Always, if a default app is still needed.
You can then double-click a .gnav report to open it in the installed viewer. The Infinity icon is supplied with the app; the icon Windows shows depends on its selected default app and icon cache.
No Infinity account is needed. Report contents stay on your device. The installed viewer can work offline after its app files have finished caching.
Other browsers can still use Open .gnav file or drag a report onto this page. A downloaded interactive HTML report opens directly in a browser without installing the viewer.
