Infinity Live View, right inside Teams.

View live drilling plots, saved geosteering, sample photographs, surveys, VR, striplogs and reports using your existing Infinity account. Add Infinity to your Teams sidebar or pin a specific well in a channel.

Install in Microsoft Teams

1. Download the ZIP package above and leave it zipped.
2. In Teams on desktop or web, open Apps → Manage your apps → Upload an app → Upload a custom app, then select the ZIP.
3. Open Infinity Live Well → Live View and choose Connect to Infinity. Sign in with your existing Infinity account, then choose a shared well.
4. For a channel, select + → Infinity Live Well, connect, choose the well and opening view, then select Save.

If your organization hides custom app uploads, send this package to your Microsoft 365 administrator for approval and installation. The app is not listed in the public Teams store.

Already installed? The viewer updates when reopened. Use Reload app in the Infinity header to load the latest pages. A Load latest app notice appears when a newer release is published. If that control is missing, fully quit Teams and reopen it once. Your installed package continues to work.

Live View in Teams

Live View opens first, with the same Pason and GeoLink drilling traces, data boxes, display setup and shared trace layouts as Infinity. It checks the feed every five seconds while the app is visible. Switch to saved Geosteering section, MD, plan and 3D views and back without resetting your live trace setup or viewed interval. Each channel tab stays attached to its selected well. Geological changes and feed management remain in the full Infinity app.

Use Time / Depth above the traces, including in full screen. Depth mode uses the recorded measured-depth channel; Time mode needs source timestamps. Quick window choices, zoom, scrolling and Back to live are available in both modes. Trace colours, scales and order stay in place.

Saved seismic slices appear in mVS Section and VR with their original alignment. Base maps appear in Plan and 3D. Saved offset logs, drilled curves, the interactive mRTVD TypeLog, formation markers, targets, directional plan and sample photos are also available. Save the interpretation in Infinity, then use Refresh in Teams to load its latest saved version.

Sign-in uses an Infinity window. Microsoft account single sign-on and automated Teams messages are not part of this release. A viewing session ends when its Infinity access token expires (at most one hour); select Connect to Infinity to renew it. Sample photos open with zoom and pan. Survey and VR use the selected well’s saved, reviewed trajectory. Striplogs support saved project viewing and linked curve sources. Reports show saved AM reports, reservoir evaluations, primary targets and other zones of interest with print / PDF and no editing controls.

Access and use

Use this app with your approved Infinity account and only for data you are authorized to access. Teams membership alone does not grant access to Infinity wells. Existing Infinity workspace permissions still apply. Operational decisions should use verified source data and the responsible well team’s review.
